Homecare Division Scheduling Coordinator

Division: Gabriel Staffing Associates Office

% of Travel Required: 0%		 Location: Huber Heights, OH

Job Type: Approx. 32/hrs week


We are looking for an amazing, active and confident individual with a dynamic personality to provide scheduling services for our agency! We are seeking someone who can focus on getting the job done while working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.


Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule employees in our Home Care Division
  • Maintain weekly schedules for our Home Care Clients
  • Acting as liaison between Clients and Staff


Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates need to have -

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to follow directions, policies & procedures
  • Previous experience in high-volume homecare scheduling
  • Strong networking skills with exceptional relationship skills
  • Exceptional documentation and writing skills
  • Organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment, handling multiple duties at once
  • The motivation and willingness to learn new responsibilites
  • Strong time management skills


This position requires an individual with a high level of energy, exceptional people person skills and motivation. Dependability and the ability to work various days and hours, including after hours on-call.
