Q. What does a concierge/personal assistant do?

A. Concierge/personal assistant services simply makes your life easier by taking care of errands, phone calls, clerical duties
and other tasks when there are just not enough hours in the day for you to address those tasks.


Q. Who uses concierge/personal assistant services?

A. Business Owners, single Moms, single Dads, retirees, seniors, disabled individuals and individuals with elderly parents or
family members, individuals discharged from hospital needing additional care or assistance..


Q. How do you ensure that your staff is honest?

A. Regardless of whether we are providing services to a business or individual, In addition to other background check
resources, ALL applicants are required to undergo electronic fingerprint background check for submission to the FBI and/or
BCI&I PRIOR to providing services to any of our Clients!


Q. Are there any services that you do not provide?

A. Yes.
  • We do not provide child-care or child transport services
  • We do not provide pet sitting services
  • We do not provide traveling attendants
  • We do not provide travel arrangements
  • We do not provide event planning services
  • We do not provide transportation services
  • We will not fulfil any request that is unethical or illegal


Q. Is your company insured?

A. Yes we are!


Q. What is your service area?

A. We are currently providing services in Huber Heights, Riverside, Fairborn and Vandalia Ohio cities.


Q. Is there a minimum required?

A. Yes. We have a one (1) hour minimum policy for eligible services with a 30 minute billing increment thereafter. Billing begins at the time our staff leaves our office to perform your scheduled services and ends upon their return to our office. If you feel
that you will need frequent services, we do recommend that you consider our
monthly packages to reduce your costs.

NOTE: Services that can be conducted in our office have a 1/2 hour minimum. ie: phone calls and appointment setting


Q. Is there a separate mileage fee?

A. Yes. Our current mileage rate fees are .57 cents per mile that begin beyond 20 miles. The first 20 miles are free..


Q. Do you charge for additional stores?

A. Yes. In addition to our current mileage rate we will charge $5 to fulfil your shopping list needs for specific items that may not be carried at a particular store.


Q. Do you offer repetitive services?

A. Yes. If you would like ongoing regular services please let us know and we will set aside this time to perfrom your tasks!


Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. Our methods of payment include: Cash, Checks, Money Orders and Online Payments.


Q. When is payment due?

A. Payment is due prior to services being rendered. If we are conducting shopping services for you and additional charges are
incurred as a result of price changes, you will be required to pay those additional charges.


Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

A. Yes, we require a 4 hour notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled services. A service charge of 2 hours minimum wil be charged in the event a cancellation was not given.


Q. Do you provide emergency services?

A. If we have available staff that can accomodate your emergency we will be glad to assist you!


Q. Do unused monthly package hours carry over to the following month?

A. All pre-purchased package hours must be used within a 6 month period. We do not issue refunds for unused hours.


Q. What is your extreme weather policy?

A. We will provide services in weather conditions that will not hinder the safety of our staff. You will be notified of any changes.


Q. Are all of your services hourly services?

A. All services with the exception of our web designing services are hourly services.


Q. Can I establish a billing account and be billed vs having to pay in advance?

A. After we have provided services to you a minimum of two times you will then be eligible to request a billing account. Payment for billing accounts are net 15.
